Wildlife Watch:
Guests love Big Pine Chalet for its peaceful setting and frequent bear sightings. Enjoy nature responsibly and keep all food and trash secure, keep vehicle and cabin doors locked at all times, and never feed or approach the bears. Remember, you’re a guest in both their home and ours.

There are bugs in the Smokies! We have regular extermination services, so sometimes you'll encounter the insects that "didn't make it" and sometimes others that are still living.

The GSMCR Way
As a locally based cabin company, we own every cabin we offer. This allows us to maintain consistent standards across all of our homes. We perform regular inspections and partner with licensed vendors to ensure each cabin is clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready for every stay.
