Clean but some items were broken (pool sticks).  The microwave blew the fuse but maintentcame the next day.

This place was very comfortable & spacious for our family group of 11. Everyone had a great time & we really enjoyed the week we had. Its about a 20 minute drive into town. Several hair pin turns so be very careful at night. Most of our outings were during the day. We wanted quality time for the family and this place provided that. The downstairs area was perfect for the two older grandsons. It has the pool table, movie room & living area with pull out couch & full size refrigerator. Tanger Outlet mall is only 20 minutes away. Its very well stocked & busy. We enjoyed that a couple of days. Since our group was 11, we wished there were a couple more pots & pans because we did all of our meals there. Other than that and the last hair pin turns to get to the cabin, this place was perfect. It definitely felt like home.

This is our second time staying in this cabin, and over time, the cabin has only gotten nicer. It is comfortable, spacious, and clean. It is in a beautiful location and very close to the attractions. It was the perfect location for family to gather together. Larry and Stacia were super responsive to any needs that came up. Highly recommend. We will be coming back again!

Everything was great from beginning to end

Our family really enjoyed our stay. So much to do right at our cabin for 12 people ages ranging from 5 to 45 spacious accommodations plenty of room for the whole family. From the hot tub fire your pet movie theater room and pool table there was never a dull moment. The only thing that made our stay a little more difficult was not having empty outdoor trash receptacles, and having to drive 30 minutes each way to dispose of trash.

It easily fit our group of 10 without ever feeling crowded or cramped. The basement was a great focal point and the fire pit was an added plus. The view of mountain was fantastic and really gave you the “cabin in the mountains” feel compared to others in the area with views blocked by trees. It also had a great water heater as our group never complained once for lack of. 10/10

House was perfect for what we needed for our weeks visit to the area.

I wanted to share how wonderful our recent stay was. We had a group of 12 family members, including 4 children, and the house was perfect for us. Each person enjoyed their own spacious room, and the multiple bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. The house was also very very clean when we arrived!

The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking multiple meals, with every utensil, appliance, and pot/pan we could possibly need. The game room/basement was a huge hit, especially with the kids. They had a blast with the pool table, multiple TVs, jacuzzi, and theater.

We also loved the well-lit deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee with stunning mountain views. The house’s location offered the perfect balance of seclusion and visibility of other homes on the street. Additionally, the driveway was not steep, making access very convenient. 

Other than a barking dog in the area, everything was great. Property owners were great.

It was a very nice place. Loved the great view. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The cabin is set up for entertainment with a movie theater, pool table, and Jacuzzi. Along, with being beautifully decorated, spacious and secluded. My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property.

This was a spacious 5 BR home/cabin with 3 levels. There were more amenities than we had time to enjoy, so we will try to get back again.

This is a great property for families! Bedrooms on all three levels worked well for our multi-generational family. Loved having the game/gathering area on the ground floor.

check in was fast and easy, the location was great, the palce was absolutely stunning. We honestly didn't want to leave the house at all. We will definitely be back!

We thank you for letting us visit Tennessee for our first time we enjoyed y’all house and thank y’all for letting us enjoy it don’t feel any type away about the dust it was only under the beds and draws but y’all do have a lot of ladybugs and stink bugs and bees getting the house don’t know how but other than that it was awesome very nice neat and clean we had a great time thank you

It was very well kept up with, clean, and there were no issues with anything at all. The hosts were very responsive, cooperative, and were a really big help.

House was exactly how pictured and described - the perfect size and layout for family reunions. The adults loved playing pool and hanging out in the bottom level while the kids were watching movies in the theater. We enjoyed relaxing around the firepit and one night we made S'mores!

The location was great - only about 15-20 minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge and we loved Larry's food recommendations. Definitely check out Gaucho Urbano if you are a carnivore!

Was a little scary for us city girls, our first drive in the mountains, but so relaxing and beautiful once we got to the cabin. Would do it again in a minute, thank you so much to the owners for sharing their cabin with us.

Had all the amenities and is very comfortable even for a larger group like we had. It is in a great location that is a quick drive from the Pigeon Forge strip. Larry and Stacia go above and beyond to make sure they make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone else.

Great location for family of 11 ages 12-78!! Paired with a UT college visit and meet up with family was perfect—completely avoided often crazy drives into the more popular areas. Only 15 minute drive to some great local dining places and only 35 to UT. Accommodations were great, loved the basement with various activities for kids and adults alike. The communication was very clear of what the rental would have in the way of appointments so was able to plan accordingly. Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

Nice place to stay with the family.

We loved the downstairs bar/game room/Theatre! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Stacia and Larry were great hosts! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay over Christmas. The cabin was beautiful and we loved everything about it! The owners were so helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again.

My family takes an annual trip to the area every year and this cabin was everyone's favorite. Far enough out of the way where you don't have to deal with traffic, but close enough where you can get to everything in about 10 - 15 minutes. Very spacious. We had a great time playing pool and loved all the decor.

Great stay!

Plenty of room for the nine of us plus an infant. Private and not too far from everything. We enjoyed the theater and all the entertainment in the basement. The Bluetooth jukebox allowed us to play our own music. Beautiful weather for us to sit around the fire pit and make s’mores and hotdogs. Everything was great and we would come again.

The mountain views were spectacular..The cabin is in a great location and is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it didn't take long to drive to either town..Communication and response  was great..I would definitely stay here again...

Beautiful home and wonderful host!

This house was awesome with many great features! The movie theater was great for all of us. It was cozy by the fire pit making smores with the kids and conversations with the adults. Having a frig on the lower level was great so we didn’t have to keep going up and down the stairs. The layout was perfect for everyone that came with us. It’s not far from everything we wanted to do and see. We stayed a week & we all had a great time. Will definitely come back again.

The amenities hit the spot with some of the crew playing video games in the theater room and others shooting pool. The cabin was located in the perfect setting.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful quiet area. Lots of room. Would definitely come back!!
