No fireworks permitted
Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance
Pool service occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays
Rental Agreement and $300 security deposit required
Check-in is strictly between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in this peaceful mountain community

This house is amazing!
This house is amazing! It really is as beautiful as the pictures. The host thought of everything to make it fun for all ages from the pool table & games to the relaxing pool & hot tub. It was wonderful waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the mountains & enjoying from your balcony. Our family can’t wait to go back again.

Wonderful stay
The house worked out just perfect for our group. The pool was warm, all the game room equipment as in good working order and the big screen tv was a great place for movie watching. I also liked that there was a satellite instead of just streaming. Thanks for everything and we will definitely return next year.

Kristina's place is awesome!
Kristina's place is awesome! Stayed with our family of six. Kids aged 1-10. They loved the pool of course. We loved the mountain views. Very relaxing place. Nice neighborhood and this home is tucked away from neighbors, lots of space between. Highly recommend this awesome spot!

Thanks Kristina and Modern Appalachia for such a wonderful time!
When we first stumbled upon this house on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Kristina is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed for grocery stores and places to visit in the see. The house is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. House was just as pictures showed it to be.
The location was incredible and so peaceful. The mountain drive was super easy and beautiful. Kristina had excellent recommendations and was of great help. She had went way beyond to make home and who ever stays in the house comfortable and their time memorable.
Thanks Kristina and Modern Appalachia for such a wonderful time! We will be back!!!
