We recently stayed at Splashing at the Bluff during our fall break and it was a wonderful vacation for our family. The home is spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The game room and pool were a big hit with our kids. The views were stunning and we even got to see bears one night which was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely come back in the future. The cabin was more than we could have imagined. From all the arcade games, the pool everything was perfect. The view was amazing and had perfect views. This house had everything you could think of or want. We will be back soon!!!!

Like, so-gorgeous-it's-hard-to-describe kind of views. And we saw a bear frolicking in the distance in the woods! An incredible set of wraparound mountain views and the perfect patio for a glass of wine. The place was sparkling clean in a way that Airbnb can be hit or miss, so I really appreciated the clearly diligent cleaning protocol.
Our kids loved the swimming pool, which actually gets up to 4 or 5 feet deep, and as a water safety nervous parent, I really appreciated the involved lock and alarm system on the pool room door.
And another major highlight was that we were able to get Gatlinburg Mobile Massage to come right to the house and oh my god we felt like geniuses. Definitely recommend!
The not-quite-as-stellar aspects of our visit included one of the deck areas being out of commission with a "do not use" sign, and we also had a pipe burst during our stay. Sarah & co. were quick to bring out a plumber and resolve it, and I understand these things happen.

We stay in the smokies all the time, it’s something we as a family love to do! Out of all the places we’ve stayed, this was one of the best! The host accommodated with anything we needed and was always available with any questions we had! I highly recommend this one!

Beautiful home ,sparkling clean,comfortable beds, great entertainment game room and all, magnificent panoramic views from the many decks and easy communication with the hosts .. all made for a most memorable vacation for our family….
